Fiscal Year 2025 Treatment Services
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the District of Arizona is now soliciting bids for treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements. Agreements are for the period beginning October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025, with a provision for the Government to unilaterally extend the agreement in accordance with Section I, Clause 2-90D, Option to Extend the Term, for an additional four years, at four twelve-month intervals. Required services include but are not limited to urine collection; assessments/evaluations; counseling in the areas of substance use, mental health, co-occurring disorders, and sex offense; polygraph examinations; physical examinations; medication; halfway house; short term residential placement.

The Requests for Proposal link to the left of this page, under Solicitation Information, provides a list of all treatment services for which the District of Arizona is soliciting. Within each service type are the corresponding catchment areas. Find the type of service and select the solicitation number to download the document are the catchment area(s) of interest.

Vendors are encouraged to attend the Bidder’s Conference, as significant changes have been made to the Statement of Work. This conference will answer questions and aid in compliance with submission of RFPs. Conferences in each city are the same, therefore attendance at both is not necessary. More details will be made available at the posting of RFPs.
All vendors awarded agreements are required to attend one of the Treatment and Billing Training dates, in the city of their choice. Attendees will receive specific information on compliance with the Statement of Work and Billing process and are responsible for dissemination of this information to staff working with federal clients.
